The Gilling Brothers spent three years curating and building one of the most unique brewery experiences in Wisconsin and it just happens to be located in Downtown Shawano on Main Street. Inside the long vacated Crescent Theater the Gilling Brothers saw potential, three years later our intrepid correspondent Jaime walked into a fully realized dream.
